Shevy and her team were nothing short of amazing! As a first time homebuyer, I was pretty new to this process, but Shevy took the time to carefully explain everything to me, and was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Not only that, but the service she and her team provided was extraordinary. She remained in constant contact throughout the process and provided me with updates all along the way. She made sure everything I needed to send out went on time, and worked around the clock (literally) to ensure all parties were ready for closing. Every phone call and email was returned within an hour. And to cap it all off, Shevy came to our home at 6:30 in the morning on the day of closing, just to help accommodate my wife's busy work schedule, so that we could close on time.
