Signings outside office hours are arranged in advance on a specific file. We do not staff the phone after hours.

Closing rooms, by appointment

For a signer nearer Boca Raton, Plantation or West Palm Beach than Coral Springs, we book a private conference room for the signing. Ask for one when the closing is scheduled.

Signing somewhere else

A closing does not have to be signed here. We send a notary to the signer, or close online with a Florida-commissioned online notary.
