About the role

Bayit Title is seeking a dependable, professional notary public to conduct real estate closing signings at our Coral Springs office and at locations convenient for the people signing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct signings and notarizations for buyers, sellers, and borrowers at our office and at mobile signing locations.
• Review each signing package before the appointment and ensure every document is properly signed, initialed, dated, and notarized.
• Verify each signer’s identification and complete notarial certificates accurately.
• Walk signers through the documents clearly and professionally, without giving legal advice.
• Return executed documents to our office promptly after each signing.
• Communicate with our closing team about scheduling, changes, and anything that comes up at the table.

Requirements

• Active Florida Notary Public commission required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a courteous manner with clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for mobile signings.
• Availability for scheduled signings, including some outside regular office hours, arranged in advance.

Ideal candidate

Someone who arrives prepared, stays calm at the closing table, and takes care that every document is executed correctly the first time. Loan signing, real estate, title, or closing experience is a plus.

Schedule and compensation

• Part-time position; hours to be discussed.
• Compensation based on experience.
• Local travel required for mobile signings.
